Join the 24th Annual Victory for Victims Walk/Run:  Make a Difference & Improve Your Health!

Lace up your shoes and get ready for a day that’s all about making a powerful impact! The 24^th Annual Victory for Victims Walk/Run is coming up on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at Woodley Park Section 1. This event isn’t just an opportunity to get active—it’s a chance to raise critical funds for survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking, empowering them as they rebuild their lives. Not only will you be supporting survivors but walking and running are great ways to improve cardiovascular health, build strength, and reduce stress—all while having fun!

This year’s event supports two vital programs: the Center for Assault Treatment Services (C∙A∙T∙S), which provides essential forensic exams and interviews for victims, and the Medical Safe Haven (MSH) program, dedicated to helping survivors of human trafficking with comprehensive medical and mental health care. Your participation helps ensure these programs continue to provide life-saving support.

Our fundraising goal for 2026 is $150,000—and we need your help to make it happen! You can participate by walking or running in the event, or by creating your own fundraising page to collect donations. Whether you run solo, form a team, or become an event sponsor, every contribution counts.

What You Can Expect on Race Day:

5K/10K Walk/Run: Designed for all fitness levels, these distances allow you to participate at your own pace.

Kids Fun Run: Let the little ones get in on the action too—they can make a huge difference with their energy and enthusiasm!

1-Mile Dog Walk: Don’t leave your furry friend at home—bring them along for a tail-wagging good time!

Event Schedule:

• 7:00 AM – Registration Opens
• 7:45 AM – Opening Ceremonies & Aerobic Warm-Up
• 8:00 AM – Walk/Run Starts
