A Spooktacular 5K - Trick or Trunk Race Reviews
What a blast for a night time race. Lots of loop d loop areas of the course and 95% paved. Just the very last portion of the course was on grass. Definitely need a head lamp or flash light which I had both. A nice group of fun filled runners and an amazing timing company and sponsor for the race. A definite must for next year’s race!!! Was honored to have placed 1st in my age group.

I'm veteran runner and I've been running races of all distances for a very long time. This was by far the absolute worst course I've ever run. The course was listed as a "trail run," which I've done MANY times, but this was 3.1 miles of mud and muck, through unkept fields and uneven surfaces. My feet were completely submerged in water and I'm shocked no ankles were sprained. This race should have been canceled, or we should have been notified about the conditions of the course. My running shoes are ruined and it was not a fun experience by any means. They decided to wait until every person crossed the finish line for the race, and we all stood there freezing waiting for the awards to start. There was nowhere to warm up inside. One and done for this race- would not recommend.
