Freedom Run Women's Health and Wellness Family 5K 2025

BRE Innovative Solutions is thrilled to extend a heartfelt invitation to join us for this year’s Freedom Run Women's Health and Family Wellness 5K, taking place on October 4th, 2025, from 9 am -1 pm, highlighting heart health for women, community bonding, and healing through awareness and action.

Join us at Ebey Waterfront Park, Marysville, WA, for fun and fitness at the Freedom Run Women's Health and Wellness 5K 2025! Get ready to lace up your running shoes and bring the whole family for a morning of empowerment and community. Whether you're a seasoned runner, a walker, or just starting, this event is for you. Enjoy the scenic route along the waterfront and participate in activities promoting women's health and wellness. Let's run or walk together towards a healthier and happier future! #empowerherwellness #runtogether. This family 5k will be chip-timed.

All 5k media and proceeds support women's wellness programs and events that reach women and families throughout the greater Snohomish County. Run or walk at your own risk and use protective accessories if needed. No refunds will be provided, but they will go to support future wellness programs and events.
