Monet Richardson Community Foundation 'Running with the Angels' Annual 5K Race Description

Our 2nd 5K Run & Walk is being held on Saturday, March 25th, 2023 at East Chapel Hill High School in Chapel Hill, attracting community supporters, students, families, businesses, and volunteers. Our goal is to bring the community together for an inspirational run/walk to make a positive impact by creating awareness and support for youth.

Last year we hosted 11 sponsors onsite, 2 entrepreneurs, over 100 runners and walkers and Spectrum News covered our event including Krissy’s life and legacy with purpose. Last year, we also raised over $14,000 supporting our backpack and scholarship programs.

Our 5K registration for individuals or teams is now OPEN!! Visit our RunSignUp page to register yourself, coworkers, family members, etc. You will receive a complimentary tee shirt by registering by February 27, 2023. Price is $30 for adults and $20 for anyone 18 and under.
