Panther Prowl 5K Fun Run/Walk Race Description

The Panther Prowl 5K/3K helps the Spencer-Van Etten Alumni Association raise money for college and trade scholarships. Located just south of the Finger Lakes region, in Van Etten, NY, the course is flat and fast with nice views of the surrounding hills in our small town. Food and drinks are provided.  

DATE: August 2nd, 2025 registration opens 7:30 am

3K walk starts at 8:00

5K run/walk starts at 8:30

Early registration: $25 before July 10th

Registration: $30 July 10th to August 2nd

Onsite registration: $35

Student registration: $15
