Let's face it, the pandemic has made so many people get off track of their fitness and health goals so we are here to change that. Let us help you navigate your New Year's goals with our trainings and teachings, along with having some fun along the way. As we kick off 2021, take on this challenge by joining us for our 8 week fitness program and lose the extra quarantine pounds. You will be challenged in various ways that include exercising and movement, healthy meals and snack options, losing weight, staying motivated and accountable, creating a positive mental mindset, AND more! You don't want to miss out on this life changing experience.

Part 1: Focuses on being healthy at home with multiple challenges to fit your needs. Build healthy habits that get you moving throughout the day, drinking water, & incorporating exercise programs. Track your progress and daily activities. |
Part 2: Keep the momentum going and push through the next four weeks! Taking a deeper look at healthy meal prep and recipes, specific exercise challenges, positive mindset growth, advanced tracking tools, and more! |
