ShelterBox Ride Race Description

This is our 13th year!  

The ShelterBox Ride is truly about bringing our communities together for an enjoyable cycling event and a beautiful cause. 

When looking back over the past years, many have supported and enjoyed this event.  We have in the last 12 years hosted 1538 participants and have raised $145,310. This is all because of the amazing cycling communities and their love of riding our beautiful country side. 

Our mission is to provide an experience that reflects positively on ShelterBoxUSA, www.shelterboxusa.org,  the Rotary, our sponsors, our volunteers, and the communities in which the event takes place.

What do we have?

For one, Amazing Landscapes

 The ShelterBox Ride will take place in scenic Northern New York country side.  The courses start in beautiful Henderson Harbor and consist of gentle rolling hills along Lake Ontario and through picturesque farmland.  All roads are in very good repair, and have low volumes of traffic.

We have 3 courses to choose from.  Whatever your comfort or skill level, we have a course for you.

28 mile

13 mile- Family Ride (12 and under ride for FREE)  

Pre-registration is recommended by way of online or mail in registration forms. 

**Discounts available for pre-registering  Registration Opens December 15, 2025!

 

A Saturday Morning Ride with friends would not be complete without a wonderful meal!

A spaghetti and meatball lunch is provided for all those that participate.  There will be a Coffee, Soda and Beer Station if all you desire is a refreshment.

You do not want to miss out on riding the beautiful landscape with friends and fellow cyclists, enjoying a wonderful meal and best of all, supporting a wonderful charity that brings hope to those in need.
