The YWCA is the catalyst for change in the lives of those who need it most. Through our services in gender equality, education, crisis services, childcare, and more, the YWCA of the Niagara Frontier builds a strong support network, providing women and their families with the resources they need to lead the lives they deserve.

2. Fundraise for Free Entry! Want to run the Stride Forward 5K for FREE? When you register, opt into our Fundraise for Free Entry Promo. If you meet the minimum fundraising goal through peer-to-peer pledges, your race registration fee will be automatically refunded! 

3. Collect Online Pledges: Become a champion for our cause by setting up a personal fundraising page. Share your custom pledge link with friends, family, and coworkers on social media to collect donations.
