Run for Christ 5K

Dillon Church of God's Run for Christ Christmas 5K and 1 Mile Fun Walk is an event for both runners and walkers to enjoy. The race will be held December 9th at Dillon Church of God at 536 Radford Blvd Dillon, SC 29536. All proceeds from the race will go to the church's vision/building fund. To ensure that you will have a t-shirt please register before November 17th. No matter what age group, everyone has a chance to take home a medal. The top male and female overall runners will take home a prize. Also the top 2 females and males from each age bracket will take home a medal. The race will be held at 8 am with registration starting at 7 am and ending at 7:45 am. Runners are encouraged to dress festive to win prizes for best Christmas-themed dress. Immediately after a runner or walker finishes, there will be a pancake breakfast. For anyone that doesn't compete in the run/walk there will be vendors set up with different things to buy and breakfast will be available for $5. After the last racer completes the race, a ceremony for all the winners will be held.
