Stanton Old Fashioned Days 5K, 2025 Race Description
The race is on! Come join the Central Montcalm Cross Country teams for a 5K Walk/Run or a fun run for the kiddos!
The event will take place at the Central Montcalm Athletic Complex on Saturday morning. Registration begins at 8:00 am, with the race to follow at 9:00 am. The 5K route will begin and end on the track, but will take you out to the Heartland Trail.
Entry fee is $30 for runners, $25 for walkers, and $10 for the fun run. All run/walk participants registered by July 25th will receive a tee shirt. Awards will be broken down by age and gender, with medals presented after the event. We will medal overall male/female runner, masters (40+ overall), and top three finishers in each of the following divisions: 0-15, 16-30, 31-45, 46-60, 61+.
The route is accessible for strollers and wheelchairs. It is pet friendly, but they need to be on a leash.
The Fun Run for kids will begin once the 5K is finished (around 10 am). Their route is a short 1.3K (0.8 mile) loop through the cross country course led by one of our runners.
