• Helping Babies Breathe

Join us for an amazing day of fitness, fun, and community spirit at our first annual 5K Run & Walk event! Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or someone who enjoys a leisurely stroll, this event is perfect for participants of all ages and abilities.

The event will take place at Sullivan Park in Washington City on September 28th at 8:00 am. Each participant will receive a shirt and medal, with all proceeds going to these meaningful causes.
