Vitality OctaStrong 5K Race Description
Our OctaStrong race is a 5K with a strength twist. Run/Walk around the beautiful Clement Park lake (2x), while stopping to challenge yourself a bit more with an exercise taught by one of our certified personal trainers. There are 8 exercise stations along the path, along with a water station. Modifications for all participants can be provided. Strollers, dogs, kids are all encouraged! Kids 13 and under are free.
