REMOTE RUNNERS FITNESS CHALLENGE

IMPORTANT NOTE FROM THE ORGANIZERS: With endurance events shut down nationwide, gyms closing, stores being closed...this is our attempt to help keep everyone focused on healthy living, spread a little playful humor all while doing some good deeds in the process.  Stay healthy, fit and don't become a couch potato! Let's beat this virus together. 

This FREE Challenge starts the day you sign up and will end after 30 days. Then it's up to you to keep on going!

 

Includes the following programs: 

  1. Zero to 5K 4 Week Challenge for newcomers
  2. Remote Runners 30 Day Workout Challenge
  3. and the 5Kevents Productivity Challenge
  4. Event T-Shirt (Optional)
  5. Finishers Medal (Optional) 
  6. Participate as a REMOTE RUNNER (aka virtual runner) at any of our upcoming date specific events in 2020 for FREE. Our next event is the K9-5K on April 18, 2020 (Registration is not required and does not include race swag, medals, or bib under this program - Those who desire Event Specific Swag will still need to register)  www.K9.5K.run

Your 30 Day Challenges wil be emailed to you! Once you complete the 30 day challenge keep going at your pace, your time. We're in this together!

The REMOTE RUNNER® program is a Global Challenge to promote and maintain healthy lifestyles while we all get through this unique time in our lives. 

Description:

Participate anywhere you want to. You can run, walk, bike, swim  indoors, on a treadmill or outdoors. Your Time, Your Pace, Your Community. Just check in after every workout. A 30 day workout and run challenge will be emailed to you.

We ask you to run to follow the routines as close as possible but listen to your body. If it gets to difficult take a break.  For those that are new to running, we will be providing a  "Zero to 5K" 4 week program to get you started.

 

REGISTRATION INCLUDES: Optional Performance Wear Tee, Participation Medal and Accountability App to track your progress.

SWAG:

Everyone who participates in the REMOTE RUNS will receive an optional custom participation medal and a REMOTE RUNNERS® t-shirt. 

Packets will be mailed within one week after you register starting on April 2, 2020. Team Packets will be shipped to the Team Captain.

REMOTE RUNNING is designed to encourage and maintain healthy life styles. Individuals and groups that adopt this challenge will discover they will increase morale, create a healthy work environment and help alleviate stress. We suggest you take it a step further and help families in need as a group each week! Post your good deeds in our Facebook group. Join our group today.
