Run Mahomet, Miles Move MAYC Race Description
Start the weekend with MAIN STREET MILE on Friday, July 31st at 7pm!
Then, participate in the 5K, 10K, or Half-marathon on Saturday, August 1st at 7am!

In-Person Runners – Awards
• 5K – Top 3 M/F Overall & Top 3 M/F in each of the following age groups: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over
• Guaranteed Technical T-shirts for all runners registered by July 15th
• If you’re an overall winner of a race you’ll not be included in the age bracket awards.
5K – Virtual

Beginning August 2nd you’ll be able to submit your time.
*virtual runners are not eligible for awards.*
Run Mahomet
Run Mahomet offers USATF Certified Courses for the 5k and the ½ Marathon. Chip timing provided by It’s Racetime for in person runners. Course is primarily flat and considered fast. Champaign County Covid Guidelines will be followed to ensure safety of all runners. (see guidelines) Virtual options are available for both races. Virtual runners will not be included in official timed results, but times can be submitted.
Run Mahomet benefits MAYC
You are running for a reason! Proceeds of Run Mahomet benefit summer and after school programming, MAYC Teens, and youth in the community.
Why Donate to Run Mahomet?
All of the proceeds from Run Mahomet, including any additional donations, go to The Mahomet Area Youth Club (MAYC).
MAYC is a non-profit youth club that services members ages 6-18 and their families. For over 300+ youth each year, they work to improve attendance, grades, behavior, and school engagement. This youth club is vital to the youth of Mahomet and 100% of your additional donation goes to support MAYC and the kids. Any amount is appreciated and will be put to great use. Thank you for your generosity!
